Otwell Mawby, P.C. has been following UST regulation requirements and changes closely in order to help public and private sector clients maintain compliance. Otwell Mawby has been placed on the MUSTFA list of Approved Consultants annually since it's inception. Having been involved in numerous UST site assessments, Otwell Mawby is prepared to offer a client professional services such as:

• Confirmation of tank registration, uses past and present, prior to removal.
• On-site supervision of tank removal and excavation.
• Sampling of soil and/or groundwater according to Michigan Department of Natural Resources and State Fire Marshal guidelines.
• Timely reporting of confirmed leaks and follow-up investigations in order to comply with MUSTFA requirements.
• Remedial Action Plan design and implementation.
